The Currency of Self-Worth is a framework I built from my own lived experience recovering from burnout, my work as a CPA, 25 years in senior leadership, my coaching practice, and years of observing how high-achieving women relate to money, success, and their own sense of worth.
At its core, The Currency of Self-Worth, challenges the idea that wealth means what’s in your bank account, and that success means what’s visible from the outside.
I want to change this mindset with this simple but interesting central idea:
The Currency of Self-Worth is living aligned with your values and using money to create a successful life, starting from using money to fuel your purpose and passion.
Through my work as a coach, a CPA, a leader, and through my own experience, I kept seeing the same pattern:
High-achieving women who had done everything right. Built the career. Earned the income. Hit the milestones. And still felt exhausted, disconnected, and quietly wondering: is this what success looks like?
What I discovered is that when identity becomes tied to achievement, productivity, performance, and external validation, it creates a particular kind of exhaustion followed by a deep misalignment between how life looks on the outside and how it actually feels on the inside.
That tension between external success and internal fulfillment is the emotional heart of all my work.
With a more holistic approach than traditional financial definitions, The Currency of Self-Worth represent the gap reflected in someone that is financially successful and still feel emotionally depleted, relationally disconnected, or trapped in constant performance and burnout.
From the outside, life may look complete. But internally, it may not feel aligned at all.

My intent as an author, speaker and coach is the introduction to new ideas, and the expansion of the conversation about redefining success from the inside out.
The goal is helping high-achieving women to:
And all of this starts by asking a different question… what if success does’t look like this?
